1. End of Tenancy (Full Cleaning)
This comprehensive package includes:

• Appliances

• Windows (inside only)

• Skirtings

• Doors

• Light switches

• Carpet cleaning (if applicable) at a different rate
Price: 2 cleaners at £18/hour for 10 hours
Total: £360 + VAT

2. Regular Cleaning
This package covers everything included in the End of Tenancy package, but at a lower quality of detail.
Price: 2 cleaners at £18/hour for 7 hours
Total: £252 + VAT

3. Sparkling Clean
This package does not cover appliances and includes:

• Dusting

• Cleaning lighter surfaces

• General cleaning of all other surfaces
Price: 2 cleaners at £18/hour for 4 hours
Total: £144 + VAT
